Boot Camp Saturday $20 per session
Intro 8 Pack $96 (8 sessions over a 2 month period)

Pack A $84/month (any two sessions per week)
Pack B $120/month (unlimited sessions per week)

Join us for a 50min session of boxing that includes cardio, strength, and core workout that will leave you feeling like you can conquer the world, the best Women's Boxing Westmeadows has to offer!

This 50 minute bootcamp includes a combination of cardio, core and strength training. With a great community atmosphere, come and sweat, have a lot of fun and join like-minded girls who love to feel strong. The 9.30am session weekdays and 8am session Saturday is a child friendly environment.

This is the perfect workout for your body if you still want amazing results without the high impact of our other workouts. Functional Fitness is a 45 min workout incorporating strength, core, flexibility and mobility for your everyday movements
