Whatever your fitness level, personal dreams and goals or individual challenges, my first mission for rBeats is to help you become the best version of yourself. My second mission is for you to have fun, gain some great friends, and discover a great local community right on your doorstep!
We have 6am sessions for the early birds, 9.30am sessions (Mummas bring your little people as it's a child-friendly environment), 4.30pm sessions for low impact/strength training for a great start to your fitness journey, and also Saturday mornings at 8am.
I love it when women feel strong and empowered to achieve their dreams.
